Returns and Refunds
How It Works
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we have a 30-day return policy.
Here are the simple steps:

Box your item and ship it back USPS Priority. The Small Priority Box is currently $10.00 to ship. The box is free at USPS.

Once we receive the return, we will provide a refund within 5 business days.

Payments:
We accept PayPal payments as well as credit cards (processed through WiX) during check out. There are no additional fees nor membership required. Sales tax will be collected during check out.
Shipping:
We utilize USPS Priority Mail and ship within 2 business days or less. Within the US, the shipping time for USPS Priority Mail is within 3 days of shipment. We will also provide you with a tracking number after the item ships. We currently only ship to US addresses. If you need international shipment, please email us: the911guy@hotmail.com
